The T_02 HOUSE is a single family house on two levels located in the town of Aspra. The design intervention consists of a total configuration of the spaces and their functions. The pre-existing spiral staircase, once demolished has been replaced with a new “L type", where the first ramp is made with footrests in stone and the remaining steps with cantilevered metal-coated wood. The entrance shall act as the hub from which you can directly reach the living area and sleeping area, it is distributed on two levels upon request specific of the client. The living space is defined both by the scale and the other diametrically opposite from the kitchen area with center island that faces directly, through a large window, on the private garden.
