The P_03 LOFT is located in the centre of Bois Colombes near Paris. The building, originally designed for industrial activity, spread over three levels with mixed structure: brick extemally and internally with steel reticulor structure. Access to the house is through a private outdoor space. The project seeks to exalt the characteristics of open space, continuous, fluid, typical of industrial buildings, making the ground floor a single large space for both living, kitchen and fireplace. Trough a staircase with wood and steel cantilever staircase leads to the upper level intended for sleeping, distributed around a large central space, real heart full radial plan. This space, covered by a large skylight and floor transparent glass plates anchored to the steel structure of the floor below, allows to illuminate the bottom. The project was developed in collaboration with the Architect Giuseppe Giglia.
