Externaly the building introduces the typical constructive characters of the building of the age. The purpose of the architectural project, to give a new identity to the formal and functional artefact existing. They were designed new routes and connections both within a mininft, and outside, a staircase. The first level has been destined to zone living characterized from the presence of one zone relax with small covered swimming pool at sight and Turkish bath. ln according to level it has been positioned the zone night and a new body scale in wood completely closed and used also like container, from which it has been approached the last level where a study and a terrace of exclusive use are found.
