I_02

The house I_02 is located in the seaside vilage of Sferracavalo in Palermo. The building is on three levels all out walking level, respectively connected to two different staiwells. The intervention is to design the spaces full and internal functions, by modelling simultaneously the external covering. The ground floor comprises a large living space which overlooks the sculptural presence of a large stone fireplace and a window through which you can see a pool of water at floor level, this last making part of the service of the plan. In the fist and second floor was located the bedroom, set up taking into account the need for privacy by clients, their children and eventual guests. Outside the large window adjacent to the fireplace area, a water mirror delimited on two sides from septa in stone exalts the view of the surrounding landscape.
